When your pc or a program on your pc is acting up, please be sure to reboot, this can fix a lot of issues and save you a lot of time in your work. Just left click on your start menu and choose the restart option (NOT SHUTDOWN). A restart is one of the first things we do when we are troubleshooting problems with smart boards, pc's, laptops, etc.
